Crunchy Ham Casserole

This is my all-time favorite casserole!  Ham is my favorite meat, and I love anything with pasta.  It is creamy, cheesy goodness in every bite thanks to the sour cream and cream of chicken soup.  The crunchiness comes from the French fried onions mixed in and sprinkled on top.  I’m telling you this is one delicious casserole!

2 cups spiral pasta                          1-10 oz. pkg. frozen broccoli

1 ½ cups cubed cooked ham        ½ cup milk

1 can cream of chicken soup        1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

1 cup sour cream                            1-2.8 oz. French fried onions

Cook pasta according to package directions; drain.  Cook and drain frozen broccoli (I used chopped broccoli).  Combine pasta and ham in large bowl.  Blend soup, sour cream, milk, and half can of onions in small bowl and pour half of mixture over ham and pasta.  Stir all together and spread in greased 9 x 13 baking dish.  Arrange broccoli on top.  Pour remaining sauce over broccoli; sprinkle with cheese and remaining onions.  Bake covered for 35 minutes, then overcovered for an additional 10 minutes.  Enjoy!
